The place was impeccably clean. the staff from the previous shift was both competent and amicable. the place was tastefully decorated and brand-new, just like in the photos. the atmosphere created was peaceful. the location was convenient in the center.

Our hotel is set in a central location just next door to most major places in Bali as well as uluwatu. We have stayed in the double room as in the photos. Nice touch to have a larder and a kettle.

Everything is high quality here, had a perfect stay for 1 night. The location is quiet, at a short distance from Trans Studio Mall Bali. Plus it's set in the very nice area. The great restaurant is a nice plus.

The location was comfy quite near from city centre. I spent 1 night and will choose the place for future trips;)))

This place is right in the heart of everything, easy to catch a ride to wherever you want to go. the double room comes with all the basics you could ask for - a safe to keep your things secure, a mini-fridge to store snacks, and a kettle for that essential cup of tea. the bathroom is lovely, and the beds? Oh, so cozy and perfect for a good night's sleep.

The staff at Bali True Living are extremely helpful and accommodating. The location is perfect, situated in a very nice area. It's convenient being within walking distance to a shopping mall and a supermarket nearby.

It was great that I could easily get a wheelchair accessible room with a veranda and a sofa bed, and the staff here was very friendly and competent.
